Return

Since most of our products are handwoven and pure, they require absolute care and we see to that by doing quality checks and fixes right from the first process of yarn procurement. So, we ship only quality checked products to you and we do not take returns & exchanges unless in the exceptional case of wrong product delivery or major defects. Contact us regarding returns within 5-7 days of receiving the products

Please Note: Slight color variations due to screen difference, minor weaving irregularities which are natural in handcrafted textiles, personal styling expectations, personal preference of fabric feel or changing your mind of purchase once shipped do not count for exceptional case for return policy.

Refund & Exchange

We at Zarispire strive to provide seamless experience to our customer that is convenient as well as trustworthy. In order to achieve that, we offer 100% refunds on orders that have any major defects. All we request is to make an unboxing video that will benefit everyone.

If you receive any product with defect or transit damage, you can contact us within 5-7 days of delivery with unedited unboxing at +91 9936007285 or info@zarispire.com.

Once the defect is verified, we will assist you in shipping the product back to us and you will be given a choice of replacement or 100% refund whichever you choose at your convivence. Once you make your decision, we will take 2-3 days to process your refund,

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled if they are not shipped. Once shipped, orders won't be cancelled.
